At Tribal Society, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
